1. Delivery of Goods
Delivery of goods should be no longer than 07 days, however
please remember if ordering in December the
postal system may cause delays. Therefore we recommend that orders
should be placed prior to the first week in December to avoid disappointment.
2. Santacomes Guarantee and Returns Policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with any of the goods received,
you can return any of them to Santacomes for an exchange or refund,
providing each is returned to Santacomes Postal Address within 30
days from the date of order. You shall be responsible for the cost
of returning goods for refund or exchange, except in cases of faulty,
damaged or wrongly supplied goods. Santacomes recommends that you
use registered post or recorded delivery when returning goods. Santacomes
shall use reasonable efforts to replace damaged or defective goods
but if replacement is not possible, Santacomes only obligation is
to refund the full amount paid by you. This does not affect your statutory
rights.
3. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Contracts between you and Santacomes shall be governed by English
Law and all disputes shall be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction
of the English courts.
